IT Technical support (Help desk)
على ان تتوافر به الشروط التالية :
* Bachelor degree ( Preferably Bachelor of Computer Science)
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical support Specialist.
* Very good experience in hardware troubleshooting
* Excellent experience in PCs , printers maintenance
* Excellent experience in operating systems (Win XP , 7) and MS Office
* Camera’s control background for installation and maintenance
* Very good experience in Win Server “Active directory and DNS”
* Very good experience in Network installation and management
* Have background about data security
* Good in writing reports and documents
* Very good learner
* Able to work in team
* Able to handle multitasks at the same time (work under pressure)
ملحوظة :
* لن يلتفت لأى طلب او سيرة ذاتية غير متوافر بها الشروط و الخبرات و المهارات المطلوب توافرها
*يفضل توضيح الخبرات السابقة كأخصائى دعم فنى مفصل بها المهام الوظيفية
